Chain straps

Conveyor belts are often used in the internal transport system of manufacturing plants. They are also used in other areas of activity, which include agriculture. In laying farms, conveyors are used to transport eggs, improving work organisation. The chain belts offered by our company are standard equipment for such conveyors. The galvanised wire used in their manufacture is resistant to moisture and corrosion. We also create belts from stainless steel wire, heat-resistant wire with a strength of up to 1150°C and bare wire with increased resistance to abrasion. Such features make the conveyor robust and easy to maintain in the required cleanliness. The chain straps are woven from wire, thus maintaining an openwork structure that promotes ventilation and egg drying. The corrugated surface of the strap ensures that the eggs are held firmly in one place, without the risk of rolling or damaging them.
